Darja Barannik is a Russian-Norwegian Fashion Editor and journalist. She was born in St.Petersburg, Russia, and raised in Norway with her family. She has travelled the world since birth and has lived in both St.Petersburg and New York. Darja is currently living in Oslo, where her work base is located. She speaks Russian, English and Norwegian fluently.
With her international background Darja has gained notable experience in a variety of cultures, traditions and trends. She began studying European and American studies at The University of Oslo, with a specialization on the Russian Federation. Thereafter she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Leadership at The Norwegian Business School (BI).
Darja has worked with marketing for three years and gained knowledge she can exploit in various industries. Additionally, she has worked as a TV-host for an online TV-concept on Fashion and Trends, as well as being a journalist. To date Darja is titled Fashion Editor for Norway’s biggest woman site.
